Practical AI advisory for owner-led businesses

Less noise about AI.
Real results, not more hype.

We help owner-led businesses find the work that is quietly costing time, focus, and follow-through, then turn it into a practical system your team can actually use.

That might be client prep, follow-up, quoting, reporting, onboarding, internal handoffs, research, or the repeat work that keeps slowing people down.

It starts with a free 3 minute check to identify the most useful improvement. From there, we build a practical system in a working session, and it is yours to keep.

Movement toward your best. Change with purpose.

You have probably already tried a few things.

Maybe a bit of ChatGPT here and there, maybe an app someone swore by. Some of it helped, some of it never really stuck. Mostly it just added one more thing to manage, not less.

That is not on you. Most of these tools were never set up around how your business actually runs, and there is so much out there now that it is genuinely hard to tell what is worth your time.

That is the whole reason I do this. My job is to cut through the clutter and make it simple. We figure out the one thing that would actually make a difference for you, fit it to the way you already work, and leave the rest of the noise where it belongs.

What you get

What this actually does for you.

Every business is different, so your one thing might not be on this list. But here is the kind of difference we are talking about. Not just hours back, but revenue protected and cash kept, using careful numbers, not best-case hype.

Following up with people

Nothing slips through

Following up is where most deals quietly slip away. You get drafts ready in your voice that lead with something useful, so nothing falls through. You just approve and send. Saving even one deal a quarter can pay for the whole thing.

Proposals and quotes

Hours of writing down to minutes

If you are spending around six hours a week writing the same proposals, a draft built in your voice gets each one down to a quick review. That is roughly five hours a week back, and quotes that go out the same day instead of going cold.

Getting ready for calls

A morning of prep, in minutes

Walk into every call ready instead of scrambling. A name and a few details turn into a one-page brief, agenda, and talking points in minutes, so the morning you used to lose goes back to you.

Internal handoffs

Nothing gets lost between people

Scattered updates, emails, and notes turn into one clean handoff, so the next person knows exactly what happened, what matters, and what needs to happen next.

And if you are wondering whether it is even worth it, here is the honest picture. Only about one in eight Canadian businesses were using AI in 2025, though another one in seven planned to start. You are not behind. And Statistics Canada found AI on its own does not lift productivity. It pays off when it is built into how the business already runs, which is exactly the point. When it is deployed that way, businesses report about $3.70 back for every $1, in about a year. (Statistics Canada, 2025; Microsoft / IDC, 2024.)

Approach

How we work together.

Four simple steps. No overwhelm, and nothing you need to be technical to follow.

1

We figure out what is actually slowing you down

We have a real conversation about your week. No pitch, no tech talk. We just find the one task costing you the most time, the thing you would love to stop doing. You will know it when we land on it.

2

We build it together, and you walk out with it the same day

In one working session, we build a working first version of that fix using your own examples, in your own voice. Not a roadmap, a working thing you leave with the day we meet. You watch it run on your own work as we build it.

3

You stay in control the whole time

The tool does the heavy lifting, but nothing happens without you. It drafts, you review, and you decide what goes out. It fits the way you already work instead of asking you to change how you do things.

4

You own it, and you can run it yourself

When we are done, it is yours. You get the working tool and a simple, plain-language guide on how to use it. No lock-in, no ongoing dependency on me, and no need to understand the tech underneath it.

Adopt it safely

Use AI without putting your business at risk.

Most businesses are one careless copy and paste away from leaking client data into a free chatbot. I help you avoid that and actually put AI to work. We set clear standards for what tools your team uses, what data stays private, and who signs off before anything goes out the door. No hype. No exposure.

It is not a fringe worry. Cybersecurity and privacy is the number one barrier Canadian businesses name to adopting AI, ahead of cost. Statistics Canada, 2026.

Approved tools, not free logins

Your team works from business tier accounts that do not train on your data, instead of free chatbots that might.

Clear lines on private data

A simple standard for what never gets pasted, so client and financial information stays yours.

A human signs off

Anything client facing gets a human check before it goes out. AI drafts, you decide.

What you are probably thinking.

I have tried AI and it felt generic.

That is the most common thing I hear, and it is fair. The problem was never the tool. It was that the tool did not know your business. Everything we build is shaped around how you actually work, your voice, your process, your clients, so it does what it is supposed to instead of sounding like everyone else.

I do not have time for one more thing.

You will not be learning software or running a project. We build the fix for you, in one session, around how you already operate. It fits into your week with minimal interruption, and it takes work off your plate instead of adding to it.

What if I get locked in, or cannot run it myself.

You own everything we build, with a plain-language guide on how to use it. No lock-in, no monthly dependency on me, and nothing you need to be technical to run. If you want more later, you ask. Only if you want it.

What about my team, does this replace people?

Fair, and I will not pretend otherwise. Handled carelessly, AI can cost jobs. Handled well, it does the opposite. It takes the repetitive grind off your best people and gives them back hours for the work only they can do. Your problem was never too many people. It was too little of their time, and that is the version I build. It is what the data shows too. Of Canadian businesses using AI, the most common staffing change was training their existing people, not replacing them.

Where I am at

I will be straight with you.

The proof is already built and running. I have two AI systems live in real organizations right now, a coaching platform used every day by a full staff, and a sales pipeline system working an active pipeline. Neither is a demo.

I am also building for clients in more than one field today, kept private to each. I am taking on the first handful of client builds at a founding rate while I turn those results into documented case studies.

The proof that matters most to you is the simplest part. In our first session, you watch one of your own tasks work. You get senior-level work at that founding rate. That is the trade, and I think it is a fair one.

Peak Pursuit coaching platform, built by Peak Shift Co.
Peak Pursuit. A coaching platform I built and run, used every day across a full organization to keep standards, resources, and workflows in one place. Not a concept, and not a template.
Assure Renewables. The sales pipeline and account-intelligence system I built for the accounts I run there. It sizes each opportunity, builds the proforma, and preps the next conversation.
About
Peak Shift Co.

I care about results, not selling you technology.

I am Sean Jozsa, and you would be working with me directly, start to finish. I am not an engineer who picked up sales on the side. I have spent my career in sales and operations, so I understand the day to day of running a business before any tool comes into it.

AI is going to be in your business either way. The only question is whether you are the one holding the controls. My job is to make sure it is you.

If AI can take something real off your plate, I will show you. If it cannot, I will tell you that too. That is the whole deal.

Why we are called Peak Shift. Peak is your best, the highest version of how your business runs. Shift is deliberate change, movement you make on purpose, not drift and not chasing hype. That is the whole idea behind the name.

Movement toward your best. Change with purpose.

Insights

Take the 3 minute check.

You do not need twenty tools, and you do not need to keep guessing. You need one thing fixed, the one quietly eating your week. Answer a few honest questions and you will walk away with it named, with a rough cost and the one next step. Then we can talk about it, or not. No pressure either way.

The first step

Start with one working session.

One session, sixty to ninety minutes. We take the one task eating the most of your week and build a real working version of it, live, in your voice, on your own work. Here is exactly how it goes.

1

You walk out the same day

You leave with a working first version you can use, not a plan to build one later. Most shops quote weeks. You get it the day we meet.

2

You see it work before you commit

You watch your own task run on your own work before you commit to anything more. The proof is built into the session. No gamble taken on faith.

3

You own it

You keep the working tool and a plain-language guide on how to use it. No lock-in, and no ongoing dependency on me.

4

A low founding rate

Small on purpose, the easy way in. I quote it live when we talk. If you want more handled after, we talk then. Only if you want it.

Or take the free 3 minute check first.

Let us find your one thing.

Book a quick call and we will talk through where your time is going and what is actually worth fixing. If there is something there, great. If not, no harm done. Either way you will leave with a clearer picture.

Or take the free 3 minute check first.
